Our Story
RG Hardwood Flooring is a small family business, we are Guatemalan immigrants, that came to this country in 1993 with a backpack full of dreams and goals. The road we walked wasn't easy but we worked hard to accomplish our dreams.
My name is Raul, I'm the Owner. I have worked for more than twenty years for a flooring company.
One normal day I showed up to work, when I arrived at the company's office, they told me, "Sorry we are out of business" After working loyally for them for years, they threw me out without an explanation after all these years of service. From one day to the next, my life changed. I left the place feeling defeated, I fell into depression for a couple months, but my wife and my children were my support and my motivation to get ahead. At that moment my new story began. I decided to do what I was passionate about and had done for more than 20 years. In the middle of nowhere without money to invest with, RG Hardwood Flooring was born. We started serving customers who trusted us without even knowing us. With ups and downs we are still here.
